French Christmas Sayings

Con thermomix:

Picar la carne en el vaso, unos golpes de turbo bastaran o en progresivo, sacar y reservar.
Echar el aceite, la mantequilla y la cebolla y progamar 4 minutos, velocidad 3, en varoma.
Añadir el harina y poner 2 minutos a 100 grados en velocidad 4.
