-The head of a scrape and hake

carrots olive-oil
-1 package frozen mini shrimp 200 grams ground cumin
-Sal-Pepper
-dye-rice or noodles
-Chopped fresh parsley
and get to work, and you will see that simple and rich. Bring water to boil, about three liters and enter the rasp, head and all the ingredients except the seasonings (salt, pepper, cumin and dye) and mini shrimp.
Boil over medium-high heat for 20 minutes.
Then add shrimp and cook another 5 minutes.
Skip all in a blender until very thin soup, if necessary move by the Chinese, I do not usually do this step as I do with the Thermomix, it is really soft, but the other option is equally valid.
Putting the heat to very smooth and add salt, pepper, cumin and dye, allow 10 minutes to integrate the seasoning, and add (if you will) a few grains of rice or noodles, when done remove, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
