Driver Philips Pc Mt 1700




Someone told me: try it they are ....... ummmmmm and someone told me, is my weak point make them ..... ...... so I had to take and make, the fact is that the result surprised me how good they were, but I think with a little less sugar they would perhaps even better is a matter of taste.

need:
neutral gelatin -1 on -1 envelope
galatina
strawberry water
-200 grs -200 grs
sugar icing sugar -1 teaspoon

in neutral gelatin glass, water and sugar and set 5 minutes, 100 degrees and speed 2.
When time runs out to add flavor gelatin and vanilla sugar, mix 10 to 15 seconds on speed 4.
then set at 90 degrees 5 minutes at speed 2.
Cool completely in the same glass and replace 9 minutes 3 and a half speed and without temperature.
Pour mixture in a dish sprinkled with icing sugar or cornstarch and let stand 12 hours at room temperature. Over time
cut the desired shape and batter with cornstarch.
a tip, not tapéis not know if it's the heat or what but melts the white capita.
